5-Year Warranty

Every Quillaby Mat is covered by a 5-year warranty against spike-disc detachment. If the acupressure discs come away from the mat during normal home use within five years of delivery, we will put it right.

What is covered

  • Acupressure spike discs separating, lifting or detaching from the mat body under normal domestic use.
  • Manufacturing defects in the stitching or construction of the mat.

What is not covered

  • Normal wear to the cotton cover, including fading, pilling or gradual softening of the foam insert.
  • Damage caused by machine washing, tumble drying, ironing or bleaching the mat, or by any use contrary to the care instructions supplied.
  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, alteration, pets, or by cutting or puncturing the mat.
  • Commercial, clinical or rental use. This warranty applies to domestic household use only.
  • Products not purchased from quillaby.com.

Warranty period

Five years from the date your order is delivered. Proof of purchase is required — your order number is enough.

How to make a claim

Email helloquillaby@outlook.com with your order number and a photograph showing the issue. We aim to reply within 12 hours and will confirm next steps in writing.

Remedy

Where a claim is accepted we will, at our option, repair the mat, send a replacement, or refund the price paid. Replacements are covered for the remainder of the original five-year period. We cover return postage on accepted claims.

Your legal rights

This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this warranty limits your right to a repair, replacement or refund where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Separate from our 60-night trial

The 5-year warranty is separate from our 60-night returns guarantee. The 60-night guarantee lets you return the mat for a full refund if it is not for you. The warranty covers manufacturing faults for five years.
