Welcome to Quillaby. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of quillaby.com and your purchases from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Quillaby is a UK-based brand selling the Quillaby acupressure mat and related products ("the Off Switch"). Contact: helloquillaby@outlook.com.

2. Orders & payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via the payment methods shown. We may decline or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or error; if we cancel, you receive a full refund.

3. Delivery

We offer free tracked delivery to the UK and Ireland on every order. Orders arrive within 4–8 days. Digital items (the Switch-Off Guide) are delivered by email shortly after purchase.

4. The Flush Guarantee & 60-night trial

If you do not feel the benefit within your first 60 nights of use, contact us for a full refund — and keep the Switch-Off Guide. Beyond that, every order carries a 60-night trial: return the product within 60 nights of delivery for a full refund, even if used. We cover return postage within the UK. To start a return, email us with your order number.

5. 5-year warranty

The Quillaby Mat is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship (including spike shedding and seam failure under normal use) for 5 years from delivery. Warranty claims are resolved by free replacement.

6. Health notice

Our products are wellness products, not medical devices, and nothing on our site is medical advice. If you are pregnant, take blood-thinning medication, or have a heart or skin condition, consult your GP before using an acupressure mat.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — copy, images, branding, "The Off Switch" and "The Flush" concepts — belongs to Quillaby and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your order. Your statutory rights as a UK or Irish consumer are unaffected.

9. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. We may update these Terms; the version live at the time of your order applies to that order.
