The 60-night trial

Beyond that, you have 60 nights to decide. If it's not for you, we'll refund you in full — even if you've used the mat every night. Email helloquillaby@outlook.com with your order number and we'll sort it, no quibbles. We cover return postage within the UK.

The 5-year warranty

Every Quillaby Mat carries a 5-year warranty on materials and workmanship — if spikes shed or seams fail under normal use, we replace the mat free. That's a promise with paperwork.

Damaged or wrong item?

Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement straight away — you won't need to post anything back.
